New rental apartments and commercial space will be built in Kempratner Bucht, very close to Lake Zurich, in spring 2022. We are implementing the modern landscaping with a well thought-out planting concept. In future, a flower meadow and a wide variety of plants will delight residents young and old.
For every season and for young and old
In order to create a harmonious connection between the houses, concrete elements with plants are planned, so-called "planters". Not only the element of earth will be used in this residential development, but also water and fire in the form of a fountain and a fire bowl in the lounge area. Children can look forward to a cool playground with a jungle swing and a sandpit.
The construction site updates
Update January 2022: A lot has happened! The surfacing work for the path has taken place and the playground at the back right has been built. Bike owners can also look forward to plenty of bike racks (in front of the houses).
Update February 2022: The planters have been delivered and are now being distributed. The scaffolding has also been removed from some of the buildings and the residential development is becoming increasingly lively.
Update March 2022: The trees and shrubs that were planted last winter are already starting to flower. The planters have been set up and planted over the last few days. The outdoor space is gradually taking on its final shape.
Update March to May 2022: Elements such as the fountain, the table tennis table, garden tables with benches, the fire ring and other elements that contribute to the landscaping were installed. The parking lot was also completed during this time, as well as work such as spreading the gravel for the gravel lawn, sowing grass, etc.
Update June 2022: The construction project was officially handed over.
The planting only really comes into its own after several weeks/months. The progress is clearly visible in the pictures above. The plants (including trees, shrubs, grasses and flowers) are thriving and the ornamental grass in the planters in particular has become an eye-catcher for the outdoor area.
