The Langrüti residential development, consisting of six apartment buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Obersee lake, has been given an inviting, well thought-out and natural landscape design that further enhances the newly created living space. Spacious lawns and cozy playgrounds have been created to offer children a sheltered place to play, while scratched concrete walls provide a place to sit and linger. Practical underfloor containers and simple asphalt paths have been integrated into the landscaping and blend harmoniously into the surroundings. A beautiful flowering lawn and the planting of shrubs, flowering bushes and interesting avenue trees further emphasize the natural location. egli jona ag is creating the entire surroundings with all green and hard surfaces.
Third stage
In the third stage, more new apartment buildings were built at the rear of the Langrüti residential development. Existing and future residents can look forward to a large communal area intended for neighborhood gatherings. This will border directly on a green meadow leading to the future playground. The children can look forward to a cool playground, and the swings are already in place. We are excited to see what this outdoor design will look like in the end!
