Three new apartment buildings are being built in Wetzikon in the middle of local recreation areas and close to Lake Pfäffikon. Urban, green and close to nature is the motto of the future Anken Park. We are responsible for the complete redesign of the surrounding area.
The new meeting zone with playground is at the center of the apartments. The raised area creates a new level and provides an exciting design for the inner courtyard. Flower meadows and colorful flowering shrubs were planned around the buildings. Individual trees provide shade and privacy.
The construction site updates
Update January 2022: Some seats have already been relocated, the rest will follow. The staircase has also evolved, you can see the progress in the photo gallery below.
Update March 2022: The new playground is defined as a future walking zone. An irrigation system has been installed in the root zone of the trees around the playground. The parcel letterbox has been installed. The large concrete slabs that have already been laid are also striking. The bicycle racks are currently being set in concrete.
Update April 2022: The construction site has been completed. In future, our maintenance team will take care of the planting in the residential complex so that the flower meadow can bloom in all its glory and the shrubs and trees are optimally cared for.
