A new housing estate is taking shape on Stampfstrasse. A harmonious environment was carefully created to ensure that the future home offers everything the heart desires.
Excavators & Co. in action
The development of the housing estate on Stampfstrasse required the skilful distribution of large quantities of earth in the right places. The extensive areas around the building were worked using our machines. In particular, excavators of all sizes were regularly used to move the earth. The ground was then levelled for further work.
A large usable area in the garden
However, this was not the end of the landscaping work. Each flat now has a small staircase leading from the balcony of the modern apartment block down to the garden. Paving slabs were laid on the levelled areas, giving residents the opportunity to extend their living room on hot summer days. The use of rolled turf not only creates an attractive appearance, but also offers young children more space to play and have fun.
A privacy screen was created to round off the surrounding work. For this reason, a concrete boundary was created around the house. Directly above this is the planting, which will flourish over the next few months. As soon as they are fully grown, they will provide plenty of privacy in your own outdoor living room.
The landscaping work on Stampfstrasse has now been successfully completed. The garden offers numerous possibilities for personalised design and use. Whether for games, cosy barbecues with friends or relaxing hours - thanks to the spacious area, everyone will find their own personal paradise here.
