The new bathing garden impresses with its southern flair. Before the redesign, the garden was a monotonous meadow with an unused slope. The unused, sloping area offered few possibilities for use. However, the spacious area offered plenty of potential for redesigning the garden. Thanks to the new terracing, the usable area of the garden has been increased. The garden has also become a feast for the eyes.
Mediterranean bathing garden
Familiar from our southern neighbors, the new grading on the slope is reminiscent of the terraces on the Amalfie coast. If you walk up the new planting bed steps along the path, you will see a cozy seating area that invites you to linger. The new beds are adorned with lavender and star leeks as well as various grasses and add color accents to the overall picture.
Water like on the Côte d'Azur
A small Mediterranean coastline in your own garden: the redesigned bathing garden attracts everyone's attention. The clear, azure-colored water is reminiscent of the seawater on the beaches of the Côte d'Azur. The bathing water looks fresh, incredibly attractive thanks to its clarity and invites you to relax and unwind.
Selected plants, furnishings and materials contribute to the Mediterranean atmosphere. In the garden, for example, Kanfanar limestone was used, modern outdoor furnishings in Mediterranean colors were chosen, and a planting scheme appropriate to the Mediterranean region was designed. The lawn between the house and pool provides an unusual and natural break in the material.
Creating a new sense of space in the garden
A well thought-out outdoor concept influences the way we feel and think, and therefore also the quality of life. In the design, conscious attention was paid to opening up the interior to the outside in order to satisfy the longing for sun, rest and relaxation and to draw the full potential from the surroundings.
The creative interplay of different solitary trees helps to create space in the open air. The location of the pine tree was chosen so that it breaks up the clear lines of the terracing. It also creates privacy when lounging by the pool or swimming. The maple also plays an important role in the aesthetics of the bathing garden. The additional planting gently pushes the existing hedge into the background. The new levels create a new overall picture.
In addition to the trees, the three distinctive sunshades in the lively residential area act as space-creators, shade providers and privacy screens.
