Initial interview
You have already told us more about your project by phone or by mail and we have arranged an initial meeting. Here you will get to know us personally. During this conversation we will find out what you need for the future garden or terrace, what you like and what needs should be covered.
We will show you how a garden redesign works, explain the different possibilities and already give you first ideas on the way.
This initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation. We would like to learn more about you and your wishes. It is especially important to us that the gut feeling is right on both sides before you decide to work with us.
Estimate & Quotations
After the initial discussions and a detailed needs analysis, we can prepare a cost estimate so that you have a flight level. For smaller works, a final quote can already be provided. However, if a larger remodeling is planned or a garden is to be equipped with a swimming pool, a detailed planning is needed.
Basics & preliminary project
If the previous cooperation is right for you, we can start with the planning. The first step is to create a concept for your outdoor area. With the concept plan you will also receive reference pictures of comparable elements in already implemented gardens. Thereby we show you different possibilities how your garden could be designed. Optionally, 3D visualizations can also be created. On this basis we can now create a cost estimate.
Concept & detailed planning
At first, many think that a single plan is all that is needed for a garden makeover. However, for a successful garden design different plans are necessary. This is how we ensure that the garden is implemented exactly as we have planned it together. For this purpose, we create preliminary project plans, construction submission plans, sections, floor plans and boundary distances, planting plans, revision plans and several other plans. Each plan contains specific information that will ensure the smooth running of the project.
Construction input and release
Building projects such as walls, swimming pools, enclosures, etc. require a building permit in Switzerland. We clarify for you which plans the municipality requires and compile the building application for you according to the official regulations. The building application is submitted. The waiting times vary from municipality to municipality. We always keep you up to date and let you know as soon as the building permit is received from the municipality. After any conditions have been cleared, the building permit is issued. This means that we can start with the work preparation.
construction start
Once construction has been approved, we draw up a schedule. Before the first cut of the spade, dates are coordinated in the background, material orders are placed and the team is put together. You get to know the responsible foreman, the foreman and the team.
During the entire conversion, the responsible construction manager is there for you, regularly visits the construction site and informs you about the construction progress. This regular exchange and open communication is fundamental for a successful project. Because building should be a pleasure, from start to finish.
You have chosen to have a swimming pool. You can look forward to having your own swimming area. During the remodeling process, the following exciting milestones await you, about which we will gladly inform you. After all, the remodeling of your own garden is often a one-time thing.
- Excavation work: The ground is prepared for the basin
- In the case of a prefabricated pool, the swimming pool is moved by crane and sometimes even by helicopter.
- The technology is put into operation.
- Water march: The basin is filled.
- Work around the pool: here follow coverings, wooden decks and also planting that complete the swimming area.
completion
When the work in your garden is completed, we arrange an appointment for the acceptance and handover. We will accompany you through your garden. Here we take time for your questions. If elements such as a swimming pool or a fountain have been installed, we explain the technology to you and hand over the corresponding manuals. Of course, we will also be happy to answer any questions you may have after completion. If a maintenance team is allowed to take over the care of your garden, a maintenance expert will also be at your side.
The new outdoor living room
For us, one of the most beautiful things is to visit gardens after two or three years that I was able to implement with the team. The garden lives on and is constantly changing. Hearing how a garden enriches your time at home is simply indescribable. Contributing to this is the reason why we are passionate about building and maintaining such gardens and terraces.
