Initial consultation
You have already told us more about your project by phone or email and we have arranged an initial meeting. This is where you get to know us personally. The aim of this meeting is to find out what you need for your future garden or patio, what you like and what needs should be covered.
We will show you how a garden makeover works, explain the various options and give you some initial ideas to get you started.
This initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding. We would like to find out more about you and your wishes. It is particularly important to us that both sides have the right gut feeling before you decide to work with us.
Cost estimate & offers
After the initial discussions and a detailed needs analysis, we can draw up a cost estimate to give you an idea of how much you can expect to pay. For smaller jobs, a final quote can already be drawn up. However, if a major redesign is planned or a garden is to be equipped with a swimming pool, detailed planning is required.
Basics & preliminary project
If you are happy with the cooperation so far, we can start planning. The first step is to create a concept for your outdoor area. Along with the concept plan, you will also receive reference images of comparable elements in gardens that have already been implemented. We will show you different ways in which your garden could be designed. Optionally, 3D visualizations can also be created. On this basis, we can then draw up a cost estimate.
Concept & detailed planning
Many people initially think that a single plan is all that is needed for a garden makeover. However, different plans are necessary for a successful garden design. This is how we ensure that the garden is realized exactly as we planned it together. Pre-project plans, building application plans, sections, floor plans and boundary distances, planting plans, revision plans and several other plans are drawn up for this purpose. Each plan contains specific information to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
Building application and approval
Building projects such as walls, swimming pools, enclosures and much more require a building permit in Switzerland. We clarify for you which plans the municipality requires and compile the building application for you in accordance with the official regulations. The planning application is submitted. The waiting times vary from municipality to municipality. We keep you up to date at all times and let you know as soon as the building permit arrives from the municipality. Once any conditions have been cleared, the building permit is issued. This means that we can start preparing the work.
start of construction
We draw up a schedule after construction approval. Before the ground-breaking ceremony, appointments are coordinated in the background, materials are ordered and the team is put together. You will get to know the responsible foreman, the foreman and the team.
Throughout the entire renovation, the responsible site manager will be there for you, regularly visiting the construction site and keeping you informed about the progress of the work. This regular exchange and open communication is essential for a successful project. Because building should be a pleasure, from start to finish.
You have opted for a swimming pool. You can look forward to having your own bathing area. The following exciting milestones await you during the conversion, which we will be happy to inform you about. Because redesigning your own garden is often a one-off project.
- Excavation work: The ground is prepared for the pool
- With a prefabricated pool, the swimming pool is moved by crane and sometimes even by helicopter.
- The technology is put into operation.
- Water march: The pool is filled.
- Work around the pool: This is followed by decking, wooden decks and planting to complete the swimming area.
Completion
Once the work in your garden has been completed, we will arrange an appointment for acceptance and handover. We will accompany you through your garden. We will take the time to answer your questions. If elements such as a swimming pool or fountain have been installed, we will explain the technology to you and provide you with the relevant manuals. Of course, we will also be happy to answer any questions you may have after completion. If a maintenance team is allowed to take over the care of your garden, a maintenance expert will also be on hand to assist you.
The new outdoor living room
For us, one of the nicest things is to visit gardens after two or three years that I have been able to implement with the team. The garden lives on and is constantly changing. Hearing how a garden enriches your time at home is simply indescribable. Contributing to this is the reason why we are passionate about building and maintaining such gardens and terraces.
