Samuel started his training as a landscape gardener with us this week. On Monday, he received his personal protective equipment (PPE). In addition to a helmet, gloves, safety goggles and noise protection, he also received our yellow clothing. Equipped with everything he needs to work, three exciting years are about to begin. He will gain his first experience in our maintenance team. Over the coming months, he will get to know a wide variety of gardens, terraces and construction sites.
We asked Samuel what he particularly liked about the first week. Here is his answer:
What really surprised me in a positive way was that I was already allowed to do a lot. And what I particularly enjoyed was mowing the lawn and trimming the hedge. I'm looking forward to the rest of my time!
