Close to the foot of the Bachtel, this family decided in favour of a Living Pool after careful consideration. The decision was made after a test phase with an above-ground pool with chlorine. The desire for a properly installed pool arose, which would be cleaned biologically and without chlorine using a new filter system.
During the garden remodelling, a granite block wall was built in place of the current embankment to create more space for the spacious Living Pool and the garden. Pool heating was also included in the plans.
A pool heater has various advantages
The outside temperature has a major influence on the water temperature of the pool, but the effect is delayed. On a sunny day, the water may therefore still be too cool for swimming. In addition to the stable temperature, the swimming time is also extended. In spring, you can swim in pleasant temperatures from as early as April and the swimming season is extended until late summer, when autumn is already just around the corner. Even during the day, you can start a swimming session in pleasantly warm water early in the morning or late in the evening. Passionate cold-water swimmers are of course excluded from this.
