The meadows and hedges, the trees and colorful flowers glow golden when the autumn sun rises in the morning and brings Richti Park on the hillside above Lake Zurich to life. The entire landscaping was realized for this project with 60 condominiums.
Harmonious planting
The spacious park landscape is adorned with various flowers such as alchemilla, bellflowers, cranesbill and coneflowers. Grasses such as sedge, miscanthus and lamp grass provide contrast. Woods such as maples, rock pears and beeches provide the eye with further subjects to linger and enjoy. The park was also designed with a spacious meeting and resting area. As the site is connected by numerous footpaths, it is easy to stroll around.
