The development in Schwamedigen is characterised by its generous green spaces. The green development has been transformed into a cosy residential oasis through the creation of planted areas and lawns. The paths meander through the housing estate, and residents and visitors are accompanied by various avenue trees, multi-stemmed specimens, shrubs and perennials. The landscaping with high-quality materials is close to nature and at the same time has an urban feel thanks to the modern buildings. This grandiose mix contributes to a wonderful urban atmosphere.
The three combined natural stones used in the brickwork and the edges of the asphalt surface create a unique combination. By using them in the ground bands, the so-called Passeé bond with its unmistakable pattern runs through the entire exterior design and connects the different outdoor areas with each other. The wall can also be used as seating, inviting residents to linger in the meeting place.
