This family garden is characterised by a very special highlight: the SolidPool. The bathing paradise is located directly in front of the living room, tempting you to linger both indoors and outdoors. The smooth transition between indoor and outdoor areas was also a customer request that we had to fulfil.
When existing and new converge
The client wanted the new SolidPool to be seamlessly integrated into the existing garden architecture. This requirement also meant that the construction work had to be carried out with particular care. In order to protect the rest of the family garden, the construction site was only accessible by crane.
Existing elements such as the surrounding hedge and the privacy screen were incorporated into the design. The desired SolidPool was to be incorporated into the outdoor living room as a modern addition.
Elegant design for a modern bathing garden
The SolidPool impresses with its construction of PVC blocks that are filled with concrete. This means that there is a suitable size and shape for every garden. In this project, the pool was lined with an anthracite-coloured foil, which accentuates the natural blue colour of the water. In addition, the chosen colour creates an elegant ambience and blends harmoniously into the modern overall picture.
The original wooden deck around the pool was removed and replaced with a new one. This new decking blends in seamlessly with the existing decking and ensures a harmonious transition. The wooden look is also reflected in the bench inside the pool. It stretches across the entire width of the pool and invites you to spend relaxing moments in the cool water.
The modern pool is also equipped with lighting and heating. This allows you to enjoy the warm summer nights while gazing at the crystal-clear highlight of the garden. Thanks to the heating, the family can also enjoy the swimming paradise in the colder months.
Harmonious hours of relaxation
The SolidPool can be admired from the spacious living room window. A few steps are all it takes to enter the garden. To the right of the pool is a spacious lounge with various seating areas. The materials chosen for the family garden harmonise perfectly with the furnishings and lend the area an inviting atmosphere.
Stylish garden lights add a modern touch and contribute to the cosy ambience. There is a pergola above the lounge, which conjures up exciting shadow effects on the seating area with its half-open roof.
The modern bathing garden not only impresses with its impressive SolidPool, but also blends harmoniously into its surroundings. The wish for a gentle site design for the rest of the garden was successfully fulfilled. Now the family can enjoy their new bathing pleasure to the full and savour the summer with their own pool.
