Our maintenance team looks after our customers' gardens all year round - even in winter. From lawn mowing and hedge trimming to weeding: The maintenance team takes on all the work that needs to be done in a garden. We regularly accompany our teams on site with our camera. This month, we looked over the shoulders of some of the team members in the maintenance department as they went about their work.
Ready for the winter
Even during the cold season, there is still plenty for our maintenance team to do. For example, the hedge needs to be pruned so that it is compact for the winter season and can support the heavy snow load. In addition to various winter pruning jobs, there is also planting work to be done at the moment: Now is the right time to plant flower bulbs so that colourful flowers will sprout in spring. At the same time, cold-sensitive plants need to be protected from frost and snow. Only well-protected plants will sprout healthily again next spring. Our experienced maintenance team knows the different needs of plants and uses the time before the first snow to prepare our customers' gardens for the cold winter.
