Embedded in a generous living space, we are realising the complete landscaping work for this residential development with a total of 54 new flats on the old Gfennstrasse in Dübendorf. The new, high-quality living space that is currently being created here is just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the expansive Glatt river.
Planting for the meeting zone
The design emphasises the meeting zone. With various solitary trees such as an aspen, whose foliage will provide shade over the seating area in summer, the pergola or the playground with water feature, it will be possible to spend time in the outdoor space in future.
The new surrounding area will also be supplemented with native fruit trees, including quince, mirabelle and cherry, a perennial herb garden, hedges and flower meadows. The large herb garden, which has been placed along the paths, is already recognisable.
Update July: The project was successfully completed. We will continue to maintain the surrounding area.
Update October: Our maintenance team looks after the surrounding area every two weeks. The flowers in the wildflower meadow are currently in full bloom.
