Welcome, dear apprentices!

Do you like the blog? Please let us know.

Seven new faces started at egli jona this week. Two of them were at school today and will receive their induction separately. The other five young team members received their work clothes, were given a tour of the office and received information about internal processes. Special attention is paid to safety on construction sites. Behavior and the right equipment on the various construction sites are key to safety in the workplace. Fresh out of school, these safety measures need to be taught for the first time before the first construction sites are visited.

We will be accompanying our new apprentices over the next few days and look forward to receiving their initial feedback at the end of their first week.

These are our new apprentices

We look forward to getting to know you better and visiting you on the construction sites soon. A warm welcome to you:

Aurelia Oberholzer, Zoe Simoness, Florin Sidler, Thomas Plüss, Nils Jud, Tim Würmli and Tobias Zuppiger

We look forward to accompanying you during your training as a gardener EFZ.

Teaching company egli jona

As one of the largest horticultural companies in Switzerland, we train several apprentices every year. During their apprenticeship, they are regularly assigned to new construction sites. This means that our apprentices not only get to know small and large customer gardens, but are also involved in new installations or public projects. Thanks to the varied training, they get to know the different and varied work in horticulture. We also offer additional courses that are organized internally and take place outside of working hours.
