Following the initial introduction and an intensive discussion of your wishes and needs, we will create an initial cost estimate for your project. This will give you a feel for the scale of your garden planning, a solid foundation for all further steps.
When it comes to minor changes or clearly defined tasks, a detailed quote can already be drawn up at this stage. However, as soon as your project becomes more extensive, for example with the redesign of larger areas or if a pool is to become part of the dream, precise planning is necessary.

5. Building Permit, Clarification & Construction Release
If you opt for walls, a swimming pool, or other fixed elements in your project, in many cases, and depending on the municipality, clarifications or an official building permit will be required. What looks like paperwork at first glance is a crucial step towards realisation.

6. Implementation & Construction - The First Spade of Earth
Your visualisations are now becoming reality. Before the first work begins, a precise schedule is drawn up in the background. Materials are ordered, responsibilities are clarified and our team prepares for the start.
You'll get to know the people who are implementing your project. Throughout the entire implementation phase, our construction managers will provide structure, coordination, and regular feedback. Site visits and personal updates will keep you fully informed. We'll always clarify your questions directly by phone or during on-site appointments.

The 5 steps in pool construction
You have decided to build a pool, then you can look forward to your own bathing area. During the construction of your new pool, there are many milestones that we would be delighted to inform you about. This is because the redesign or remodelling of one's own garden is often a once-in-a-lifetime undertaking.

Natural pools (Living Pools) without chemicals, Biodesign pools, swimming ponds, conventional pools and mini-pools (CSIDE). We build these using various materials such as natural stone, stainless steel or prefabricated pools – from skimmer pools and infinity pools to in-ground whirlpools.
