We started with the landscaping of this new building at the end of January. The modern architecture was also continued in the garden with straight lines and a reduced choice of materials. After building the wall with a natural stone look, the terrain was filled in. The beds, which are planted by the clients themselves, are slightly higher and are ideal for working in the garden. This also creates another level in the garden, which provides an exciting visual relationship from the seating area. These deep walls with the same natural stone look are not only an absolute eye-catcher, but can also be used as seating.
A fountain has been placed in the centre of the beds, which provides additional naturalness. The built-in tap makes watering around the fountain easier.
Different components in harmony
This spacious private garden runs around the house and is characterised by a natural and minimalist choice of materials and plants as well as open lawns. The garden is bordered on the street side by a row of thujas, which also provide a low-maintenance privacy screen. This creates a personal oasis of well-being in the middle of a housing estate.
