This construction site in Oetwil am See involves the completely new landscaping of a small neighbourhood. There are flat blocks on a gentle slope and a kindergarten below. In future, herbaceous borders will bloom along the slope, surrounded by trees and shrubs.
Special treats for the little ones
The children will soon be able to learn how berries grow, as a kitchen garden with berry bushes is planned for the kindergarten. They are sure to have fun picking the fruit. The children can also look forward to a green lawn and new terracing in front of the kindergarten.
A lot of excavation work is currently taking place. We will update this project on an ongoing basis so that you can view the progress of the construction site.
Update December 2021: This was our second visit to the construction site and we have already seen some progress. Where previously there was a lot of digging going on, you can now see a long path along the residential development (upwards). New bicycle stands have also been installed in front of the entrance. Thanks to our team, the remaining car parking spaces are currently being created on the left-hand side of the residential development. The planting in front of the kindergarten is also taking place at the same time. We are looking forward to the result.
