This spacious detached house garden in the See-Gaster region is being remodelled and equipped with a Living Pool at the same time. Where a green lawn previously dominated, an extensive swimming paradise is now being created. The special thing about it is that the pool is being built as an overflow pool. In this pool, the water flows over the edge, which is created with great precision. In the end, the water surface is flush with the future wooden deck. Soon the kids can look forward to splashing around!
The family garden consists of two levels, on the upper level there is a cosy seating area that invites you to linger. The transition from the seating area to the bathing paradise (lower level) consists of stone slabs and a simple staircase, also made of stone. We will continue to document this project with pictures and we are already looking forward to the final result.
Chemical-free bathing
What exactly is a Living Pool? It is a natural pool with natural water treatment. Thanks to the Living Pool TechnologyĀ the water always stays clean and fresh and is gentle on the skin at the same time. The water is purified with a two-chamber filter system: The phosphate filter removes phosphate, which is vital for algae, from the water, keeping it clear and algae-free. The biofilter cleans the water biologically, without chemical additives as would be the case with chlorine, for example. Thanks to the Living Pool technology, chemical-free bathing is possible. Visually, a Living Pool does not differ from a classic chlorine pool.
