As one of the largest horticultural companies in Switzerland, we train several apprentices every year. During their training, they gain insights into various construction sites. This means that our apprentices not only get to know small and large customer gardens, but are also involved in new installations or public projects. Thanks to the varied training programme, they get to know the different and varied work involved in horticulture. We also offer additional courses and opportunities, such as the plant course, which are organised internally in order to provide optimal support for the apprentices.
