It's been three years since our trainees started with us. Over the past few years, they have learnt a lot of new things and have seen countless construction sites and gardens.

It was a pleasure to accompany you on your career start in horticulture. We wish you all the best for the future. We are delighted that some of you will remain part of our team.
A big thank you also goes to our vocational trainer Stefan Fiorili. It is only thanks to his professional expertise and support that a successful graduation is possible.
egli jona as a training company in horticulture
As a horticultural company, we train several apprentices every year. During their apprenticeship, they are regularly assigned to new construction sites and gardens. They not only gain an insight into small and large private gardens, but also into public gardens and new buildings. This variety allows them to familiarise themselves with the multifaceted profession of gardening. We also offer additional courses that are organised internally and take place outside of working hours.
To make the difficult decision of choosing the right apprenticeship easier, we offer a five-day taster week. During this time, you will be introduced to the profession and get to know each other. A taster apprenticeship is a prerequisite for applying for a job with us.
