Thanks to the redesign of this garden, the full area of the garden can be used. The result is a cozy family garden, which extends the interior of the house in the Belgian-English style into the outdoor living space. Although the garden is designed in a very modern way, it has a homely, warm and relaxed effect.
The garden before & after
Modern and cozy mix of materials
The different materials create a harmonious division in this garden with a long, narrow layout. A lounge area at one end and at the other end of the garden with a piece of lawn in between and the small and decorative details create a cozy atmosphere.
The spatial division was solved with a slight nesting, but at the same time looks very tidy. The existing gargoyle was given a new basin and is perfectly set off by the new space in the garden. Plantings frame the garden to the left and right, adding a soft touch to the clean lines. Additionally, the Belgian-English style is also supported by the deliberate choice of plants.
Privacy through new visual relationships
A privacy screen does not always have to be a wall or shrubs. The article from the Dream House described exactly how privacy was created in this garden.

Planting in the garden
The interesting globe ash trees as well as the colorful ornamental leek frame the lawn on the left and right, giving a soft touch to the lines. So that the garden can also be used for the kitchen, a corner with herbs and column fruit has been created behind the white existing garden house.
